"Before we worked with Everclick, venue hire was something we relied on word of mouth for. We knew the space was perfect for private events, but we weren’t reaching the right people. Their team took the time to understand what makes Curve Bar different and built paid ad campaigns that put us in front of people actually planning parties, celebrations and corporate events.

They also helped us with our brand. Rather than starting from scratch, they built on the curve logo we already had and turned it into a proper brand system that works everywhere, from our menus and signage to social media. It finally feels consistent and recognisably ours.

What I valued most was how easy they were to work with. They explained everything clearly, came back with results rather than jargon, and genuinely cared about how the bar was doing. I’d recommend Everclick to any business looking for some real online growth.”

Curve Bar

Staying ahead of the Curve with their digital.

Curve Bar is a well-established Ipswich venue with strong local recognition, but its digital presence had not kept pace with the business. With most awareness driven through organic social media, there was an opportunity to strengthen the brand, improve its digital presence and create new routes to commercial growth.

The venue had an established audience and a recognisable presence locally, but there was limited infrastructure in place to turn that awareness into measurable enquiries and revenue. Curve wanted to build on what was already working while creating a clearer, more consistent and commercially focused experience across its brand and digital channels.

THE CHALLENGE

Curve had strong local recognition, but its brand identity lacked the flexibility needed to work consistently across different touchpoints. The existing logo and wordmark did not provide a clear hierarchy, making it harder to create a distinctive and recognisable presence across digital, physical and promotional materials.

There was also an opportunity to make better use of the audience Curve had already built. With no existing booking functionality or paid lead-generation activity, venue hire enquiries relied heavily on organic social media and existing awareness. This limited the opportunities to reach new customers and turn interest in the venue into measurable commercial growth.

Curve needed a stronger brand foundation, a more effective digital presence and the infrastructure to support a more proactive approach to customer acquisition and venue hire.

OUR APPROACH

We began by developing a flexible brand identity system that could build on Curve’s existing recognition while giving the venue a more distinctive and adaptable visual presence. A new brand mark was introduced alongside the existing wordmark and primary logo, creating a clear logo hierarchy that could be used consistently across digital, physical and promotional touchpoints.

Alongside the brand work, we focused on creating new opportunities to generate venue hire enquiries. We launched targeted Meta and Google Search campaigns, introducing paid lead generation for the first time and creating a measurable route from customer discovery through to enquiry. The campaigns were focused specifically on venue hire, allowing Curve to target people actively looking for spaces and experiences while creating a foundation for future performance marketing activity.

We are also developing a new website and integrated booking system, designed to bring Curve’s offering together in one place and create a simpler journey from discovering the venue through to making a booking. The new digital experience will give the brand a stronger online presence while making it easier for customers to understand what Curve offers and take the next step.

THE RESULT

Curve now has a more cohesive and recognisable brand identity, with a flexible system that can work consistently across the different ways the venue presents itself. The introduction of a distinctive brand mark and clearer logo hierarchy has strengthened its visual presence and created greater consistency across the local market.

The launch of Meta and Google Search campaigns has also introduced a new, measurable acquisition channel for venue hire, generating enquiries and delivering an impact on venue hire revenue where previously there was no paid lead-generation activity.

With the new website and integrated booking system in development, Curve is building on this foundation with the digital infrastructure needed to support its next stage of growth. The result is a stronger, more commercially focused brand, supported by the marketing and digital tools needed to turn local recognition into new opportunities.
