Privacy policy
This policy covers everclick.co.uk while it is a holding site. It is a single page with one email link on it: there are no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you anywhere else.
Everclick is the data controller. Write to [email protected] about anything in this policy, including any of the rights listed below.
What this site collects
Nothing, directly. The page sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device beyond a single browser session flag, which records only whether the opening animation has already played so it does not repeat. It holds no personal data, is not sent anywhere, and is discarded when you close the tab.
What our web host records
Like every website, this one is served by a host that keeps standard server logs. Those logs typically include:
- your IP address;
- the date and time of the request and the page or file requested;
- your browser and operating system as reported by your browser;
- the page that referred you, if any.
These logs exist to keep the site running and secure — diagnosing faults, and identifying abuse or attacks. They are not used to build a profile of you, are not combined with anything else, and are not shared for marketing. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) to process them, and they are kept only as long as our host retains them, typically a short rolling window.
If you email us
Emailing [email protected] sends us your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever else you choose to write. We use it to answer you and, if it leads to work, to take that enquiry forward — our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you emailed us, and we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.
Who else sees your data
Only the suppliers that make it possible for us to run the site and reply to you — our web host and our email provider. They process data on our instructions under a contract, and where they process it outside the UK they do so under safeguards recognised by UK law. No one else.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our processing it on legitimate interests grounds, or ask for it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Changes to this policy
Our full site is in development and will offer more than this page does — contact forms and, if we use any, analytics. This policy will be replaced when that site goes live. Until then, any change to this page will be reflected in the date above.
